Samuel Torney McClinton

Samuel Torney McLinton born January 14, 1862 in Nepean Township, Carleton County

                                               Samuel was the third child of six born to Peter McClinton amd Mary Faulkner. Brother
                                               to Elizabeth Mary McLinton, Hugh Ernest McLinton, Peter Faulkner McLinton and
                                               Joshua James McLinton. Samuel died January 15, 1940 in Goulbourn Township, Carleton
                                               County, Ontario. Buried at St. Paul's United /Old Methodist Cemetery, Richmond, Ontario.
                                               Samuel was married October 2, 1889 at St. Paul's Church, Goulbourn Township, Ontario to
                                               Anna Maria Bradley, born 1868 and died 1935.

                                               Samuel Torney and Anna Maria had three children:

                                                            i. Charles Wilbert McLinton: born February 9, 1891 in Nepean Township. Died October 10, 1891,
                                                                                            burial October 12, 1891 at St.Paul's United/Old Methodist Cemetery
                                                                                              in Richmond, Ontario.

                                                           ii. Ethel May McLinton: born April 4, 1893 in Nepean Township, Carleton County, Ontario. Died
                                                                                     October 10, 1961 in Goulbourne Township, Carleton County, Ontario. Ethel
                                                                                     May McLinton married George F. McCoy 1888 ~ 1964 and they had three
                                                                                     children: Lilly, Linton and Elwin.

                                                         iii. Lily Beatrice McLinton: born April 9, 1896 in Nepean Township, Carleton County, Ontario. Died
                                                                                        December 11, 1974, burial, December 13, 1974 at Munster Cemetery,
                                                                                        Goulbourn Township, Carleton County, Ontario. Lily Beatrice McLinton
                                                                                        married Arthur P. Fee 1890 ~ 1960.
